For “Joint Trading Account”

1. NRC for both applicants

For “Corporate Account” (Local)

1. Copy of company’s registration
2. Up to date company extract from DICA
3. BOD resolution to open securities trading account and authorizing person(s) to operate the account
4. NRC (authorized person)
5. CB Bank Corporate account details
