How can I withdrawal cash from Securities Trading Account?

1. Go to “More” and select the “Request Withdraw” in the E-Service menu.
2. You can check your available withdraw cash balance under “Avaliable to Withdraw.”
3. Enter the amount you wish to withdraw in the “Withdraw” field, then press “Send.”
4. When the confirmation popup appears, enter your PIN in the “Insert PIN” field.

You will need to provide and confirm the following information:

1. Name
2. NRC number
3. Trading Account Number
4. Bank Account Number
